We stayed at the Richmond Pamukkale Thermal during our tour of Turkiye. The hotel was excellent in that we had an amazing view and access to the thermal pools after dark. We also made evening appointments at the spa for scrubs and massages. The staff was so kind. The buffet dinner spread was really amazing and the breakfast buffet was pared down but still nice. No omelet station here but we found a variety of things to eat and try before we left for our hot air balloon excursion. Our bedroom had adequate space and our bed was sort of a triple. While we did not spend too much time in the room (we arrived in the afternoon and left by 9 am next day), it was clean and comfortable. The window opened which was nice. We were on the first floor and the place is a bit of maze but manageable. They have entertainment on the 2nd floor lobby area where there was a belly dancer and sort of a club atmosphere after dinner. We spent most of the time in the thermal pool which was so nice after lengthy travel days on a bus. I totally recommend this hotel if you're staying in the area. 5 stars.
I had a pleasant stay at Richmond Pamukkale Hotel. The hotel is located in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, providing a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel facilities were good, and the overall environment felt spacious and quiet. It was a great place to rest after visiting Pamukkale and nearby attractions. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful during our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was satisfactory. Overall, Richmond Pamukkale Hotel offers good comfort, a relaxing environment, and good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a peaceful stay near Pamukkale.
Stayed here for 1 night only. The room is spacious and I really appreciate the dinner and breakfast buffet. They have plenty of variations and everything is good and delicious. Too bad I had no chance trying their hot springs. Hope I can come back again someday.
The hotel has spectacular facilities — the pools and thermal baths are beautiful. The only problem is that the entire hotel and hallways smell like cigarette smoke. They do not respect non-smokers. They should have designated outdoor smoking areas only. In addition, the carpets in the hallways are stained and dirty, and the corridors have a very unpleasant smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is good.
Nice room with a comfortable bed. Shower poll kept letting the shower head fall, and the shower head did not give a good water flow. There was a good selection of food on the buffet for evening and breakfast, however tables were crammed in with not much room between them.
